On data processing on the DeliGroup website

DeliGroup Holding Kft. (seat: H-1117 Budapest, Irinyi József utca 4-20.; company registration number: 01-09-406448; tax number: 32097203-2-43; hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") fulfils its obligation as Data Controller in relation to the processing of data in connection with the Website, in order to notify the data subject of his/her rights, as set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") by means of this notice (hereinafter referred to as "Data Protection Notice").

Data processing in connection with the "Contact Us" option
- Purpose of data processing: Processing personal data received through the Contact form, fulfilling and responding to data subjects' emails.
- Scope of data processed: Service of interest, chosen country, name of data subject, work email of data subject, message text.
- Scope of data subjects: Natural persons who send a request to the Data Controller concerning the processing of their personal data.
- Legal basis for processing: The processing of personal data in the exercise of the data subject's right is based on the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Time limit for data storage: According to the content of the email, by the end of the 30th day following its resolution.
- Method of data processing: Electronically.
- Source of data: Data collected from the data subject.
- Possible consequences of not providing data: If the data subject does not provide the necessary data, he or she will not be able to get an answer from the Data Controller.
- Automated decision-making and profiling: The Data Controller does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
- Who can access the data? The Data Controller and the person who has the necessary and relevant information to respond to the request.
- Data transfer: No data will be transferred to third countries or international organisations.

Rights of data subjects and legal remedies
By contacting the Data Controller or by sending a written request to the Data Controller's headquarters, the Data Subject may request information about the processing of his/her personal data, request the rectification of his/her personal data, request the restriction of processing, request the erasure of his/her data, object to the processing, exercise the right to data portability, seek a legal remedy, and withdraw his/her consent.
The Data Controller shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing to each recipient to whom or to which the personal data have been disclosed unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Upon request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of these recipients.
