About these terms
This website, deligroup.com, is operated by DeliGroup Holding Kft., registered at H-1117 Budapest, Irinyi József utca 4-20., company registration number 01-09-406448, tax number 32097203-2-43 ("DeliGroup", "we", "us").
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this website is for
This website exists to explain who DeliGroup is, what our companies do, and where we operate. It is an informational site. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and nothing on it creates a business relationship between us.
If you want to work with us, contact us and we will discuss it properly. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this website.
Using the site
You may read, browse, and print pages from this site for your own business or personal use.
You may not:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law, or that could damage or overload it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system, or collect data from the site by automated means, including scraping, without our written permission.
- Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission, or misrepresent your identity or your relationship with any person or organisation when contacting us.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time.
Accuracy of the information
We take care to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, the information here is general. Figures, capabilities, locations, and service descriptions change, and pages may not be updated the same day. We do not warrant that everything on this site is complete, accurate, or up to date at the moment you read it.
Do not rely on this website alone for a decision that matters. Ask us, and we will give you current, specific information in writing.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, video, layout, and design, is owned by DeliGroup or used by us under licence.
The names DeliGroup, Delirest, Deliservices, and Primirest, together with the associated logos and marks, are the property of DeliGroup and its group companies. Nothing on this site gives you a licence to use them.
Third-party names and marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners.
Links
This site links to websites operated by our national brands and by third parties. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or anything you do on them.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and lawful and that does not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may ask you to remove a link at any time.
Our liability
We provide this website on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the site and its content.
We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy
Our Data Protection Notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this site. It forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Hungary. The courts of Budapest have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
